J. Kanani Patricio-Young is an award-winning leadership coach, published author, business consultant, and founder of Young Leadership Inc.
She began her journey as a young leader in the environmental and engineering industries, successfully growing her first business to six figures by the age of 25. From there, she transitioned into designing and facilitating customized DEI-focused mentorship and leadership programs across Hawaii, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and California.
