J. Kanani Patricio-Young is an award-winning leadership coach, published author, and consultant passionate about helping individuals and teams achieve extraordinary results.
With over 15 years of experience in environmental consulting, DEI-focused program design, and leadership development across Hawaii, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and California, Kanani guides clients through transformational journeys rooted in authenticity, connection, and impact.
She is a 2024 Young Professionals Award Winner, recognized for her commitment to empowering others, charitable contributions, and community engagement.
Kanani and her husband, Brennan, live, work, and podcast in Tri-Cities, Washington, and are available for speaking engagements across the U.S. and abroad.
